Terms of Service

By accessing or using VisaTravel ("we," "us," or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VisaTravel is a private preparation service that helps customers organize, review, and submit U.S. passport applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of State or any government agency. All government fees are paid separately to the issuing authority and are not included in our service fees.

Our service fees cover application preparation, review, and support. Government passport fees are charged separately by the U.S. Department of State. Service fees are refundable in accordance with our refund policy, available on request before your application has been submitted for processing.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for the accuracy of all data submitted, including identity documents, photos, and supporting materials. Submitting false information to the U.S. government is a federal offense.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee approval of any passport application, processing times, or specific outcomes. Final decisions rest solely with the U.S. Department of State.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisaTravel's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
