Refund Policy

You may request a refund of VisaTravel service fees before your application is submitted for processing. Eligibility and the refundable balance depend on the payment status, any prior refunds, and the services already completed for the order.

Government passport fees are separate from VisaTravel's preparation fees. Fees already paid to the U.S. Department of State or another acceptance authority cannot be refunded by VisaTravel.

Contact our support team with the email address and order reference used for your application. We will confirm whether the order is eligible and the amount available before a refund is issued.

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears after it has been issued.

This policy should be read together with the VisaTravel Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy changes rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
